Welcome to Custom Creationz. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, and any other policies posted on our website.

2. Custom Orders

Most of our products are custom-made and created specifically for each customer.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting their purchase.

• Please verify spelling, colors, sizes, artwork, and shipping information prior to checkout.

• Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled or modified.

3. Artwork & Print Quality

Customers are responsible for providing high-quality artwork whenever applicable.

• Low-resolution images may result in lower print quality.

• We are not responsible for print quality issues caused by poor-quality artwork submitted by the customer.

• Colors may vary slightly between digital screens and printed products due to monitor settings and printing processes.

4. DTF Transfers, PNG Files & Digital Products

All DTF transfers, PNG files, and digital downloads are sold as-is.

Because these products can be immediately used or downloaded:

• No refunds

• No exchanges

• No cancellations

Digital products are for the purchaser's permitted use only and may not be resold, shared, redistributed, or claimed as your own unless specifically stated in the product listing.

5. Turnaround Time

Estimated production times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Production begins after payment has been received and all artwork has been approved (when applicable).

6. Shipping

Once your package has been delivered to the shipping carrier, Custom Creationz is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, damaged packages caused during transit, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate before placing an order.

7. Local Pickup

Customers selecting local pickup will receive notification when their order is ready.

Orders should be picked up within a reasonable time after notification.

8. Refunds & Returns

Please refer to our Refund Policy.

Because most items are custom-made:

• All sales are final.

• Refunds or replacements will only be issued if an error was made by Custom Creationz.

9. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, logos, photographs, website content, and product images created by Custom Creationz remain the property of Custom Creationz unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, or distribution is prohibited.

Customers must have the legal right to use any artwork, logos, or trademarks they submit for printing. By submitting artwork, you represent that you have permission to reproduce it and agree to hold Custom Creationz harmless from any claims related to copyright or trademark infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

Custom Creationz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

11. Right to Refuse Service

Custom Creationz reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that contains offensive, unlawful, hateful, or copyrighted material that the customer does not have permission to reproduce.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted on our website.
