At Custom Creationz aka CustomMadeBB, most of our products are custom-made and created specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our items, all sales are final.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements will only be issued if there is an error on our part, such as:

• The wrong item was sent.

• The item was produced incorrectly from the approved order details.

• The item arrived damaged due to our mistake.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

• DTF Transfers

• PNG Files

• Digital Downloads

• Custom-made or personalized products
